A good place for a good night's sleep. The village is very quiet. The location is ideal for breaking up a trip from the Eastern Cape to Gauteng with small children who can't sit still for long.

Just delicious! Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Mosquito nets/plug-in mosquito repellents would be an asset.

Tinkerbell suited our needs very well. We travel with dogs, and were looking for a fenced-in place at short notice. Tinkerbell is excellent for dogs, they can play well. We also can't stay at places that have pure white linen, even though our dogs sleep on the floor I'm always worried about white duvets, just in case. So for my needs Tinkerbel was perfect. And there was a complimentary bottle of wine and most importantly, a bag of ice in the freezer. It's thoughtful. There were also lamps and gas, we hit beurkrag. The host came to warn us ahead of time.

Very quiet area and very nice house. The house was very well equipped and we stayed lovely.

Restful. It is very peaceful and safe. The roads in town are just pathetic.

Tinkerbell is a gem unexpected. From the outside one would never imagine that the house opens up to a lovely home away from home.Nice fire by the fireplace and big spacious room.Area very quiet ensuring a nice good night rest.

Lovely decor, very peaceful, good beds. We only slept here one night, but I loved Tinkerbell. One might call the decor eclectic. It's a mix of old and new, modern paintings in one room and old peasant paintings in another. Everywhere in the house there are small surprises in the selection of artworks, color combinations that are fresh and with the times. Keep in mind that there is not much going on in Rouxville, but you are only half an hour's drive from Zastron. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable. The bottle of wine and sherry was a nice surprise when we arrived. There are cute details such as oil lamps instead of ordinary electric bedside lamps. Tinkelbell stands out in the details of the place. There is a short stretch of dirt road to drive to the house. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. I would easily recommend Tinkelbell.

A beautiful, interesting, and well equipped and rural house with a fireplace, braai area, pool table, books and a bottle wine as gift. We enjoyed the night tremendously. The house is clean, well equipped, reasonable and seemingly safe. I will stay in the same house again if I had the opportunity. It's a shame that Rouxville, like many other rural towns, is going downhill, but the owners at Tinkerbell and a few of the home owners are working hard to revive to the town.

It is a beautiful old house that made me feel like I had come 'home'. Very well equipped (even during load shedding there is gas available) and comfortable. Thank you very much.
