Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- R 500.00 refundable breakage deposit is payable to the managing agent.
- Please note there is an optional cleaning fee at an additional cost per service.
- Please remember to bring along your own DStv decoder and smart card (no Explora decoders) and towels.
- No smoking permitted in the unit.
- Guests need to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
- Please note: The body corporate does not allow parties, noise, loud music or overloading.
