Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Cleaning Fee of R1,500.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 6 people sharing in 3 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
-There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise policy: Traka Cottages is situated in a quiet residential area. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
