A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking of any kind. This includes Hookay pipes, Hubbly Bubblies etc
No parties. No loud music. No noise after 10pm and before 8am. Be considerate to the neighbours at all times.
