House Rules
If, for example, only 2 people book, the unused rooms will be closed, meaning the entire property will still be booked exclusively for that person or group. Only 1 group or booking is accepted at a time, so whether there are 1 or 16 guests, the rate remains per person. As there is only 1 kitchen, the host prefers not to accommodate more than 1 group of guests at a time to ensure everyone knows each other.
