House Rules
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (a small fee required). Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note, this apartment does not have an elevator, so guests will need to climb a number of wide, easy-to-manage stairs.
Turquoise Latitude is pet-friendly but only allows 1 dog.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning and linen change will be arranged. An additional cleaning fee applies.
Early check-in or late check-out is available at an extra charge, subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
