5-star establishment, great staff, we will be going back. Better than was expected, the staff were friendly and respectful, great facilities and food. At dinner, the table behind us had obnoxious Americans complaining about something, and the staff handled the situation very professionally.

Awesome stay. We enjoyed the stay. From the reception, we received a five-star treatment. Fezeka was awesome. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast at Azure were nothing short of amazing.

Disappointing to say the least. Won't visit Red Carnation facility anytime soon. Beautiful location, excellent breakfast. Terrible service and lack of care or concern for guests and their safety. Despite constant marketing telling you that the experience and taking care of guests is a priority, it is the furthest thing from reality. Several days later and I still await feedback - just proves that all they do is pay you lip service.

Exceptional stay. I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality when I arrived at 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their friendliness and attentiveness created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel valued and cared for. The rooms were beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. Every element, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtfully curated amenities, contributed to an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing experience. It truly felt like a home away from home, with breathtaking views adding to the charm. The food was another highlight of my stay—every meal was absolutely delicious, crafted with care and presented beautifully. From breakfast to dinner, every dish exceeded my expectations. Overall, everything about 12 Apostles was simply on point! The combination of world-class service, stunning accommodations, and exquisite dining makes this hotel a must-visit in Cape Town. Apart from the restaurants' poor service, it is breathtakingly beautiful. This is a beautiful hotel, the surroundings were breathtaking. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We have been to all three of the Carnation group's hotels for our wedding anniversary. Oyster Box and Bushmanskloof are incredibly beautiful places with great service from reception throughout the hotel, restaurant staff, everyone, they made us feel so special. Unfortunately at the 12 Apostles they made no effort at all. At breakfast and dinner the service was very poor and you felt like a guest in your own country. I think when it comes to their restaurants and special events they could take a few lessons from them at Oyster Box and Bushmanskloof. The spa was just as nice and the staff there were also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the experience at the restaurants was not the same.
