House Rules – Twin Palace
One free parking bay is provided per unit on the property. Street parking is not permitted. A set feei is charged for any vehicle in excess of the 1 allowed vehicle.
No parties are permitted under any circumstances
This is a quiet residential area, and noise must be kept low at all times. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not allowed. If the sound can be heard by neighbours, it is too loud. Any disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate cancellation without refund
Visitors are not permitted. The maximum number of persons allowed in the unit at any time is 8. Overnight guests may not exceed the number booked. A set fee is charge for any person present on the premises that does not form part of the list of original booked guests.
Please treat the property with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported promptly
Costs for professional laundry or replacement of damaged items, including linen, are for the guest’s account
All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property or going to bed
Kitchen facilities may be used freely
Only the soft cleaning materials provided may be used
Exterior yard lights switch off at 22:00
Pathway lights remain on via sensor
Pool and braai areas may be used between 09:00 and 22:00 only, they will be locked at 22:00
Please use appliances responsibly and avoid excessive mess
Furniture and décor may not be moved or rearranged
Children must be supervised at all times
No children under 15 in the pool area without adult supervision
No illegal activities or substance
No illicit drugs
No candles, incense, or open flames indoors
No additional appliances such as portable heaters or hot plates
Please respect the property, neighbors, and community
Breach of these rules may result in charges or cancellation without refund
