House Rules
Children are welcome at this property. Please note, however, that due to open pool areas and elevated drops, the villa may not be suitable for young children. Guests with children stay at their own risk and are advised to exercise caution at all times.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Parties, events, or bachelor's/bachelorette groups are not permitted.
Please be aware that five of the eight bedrooms are situated on the two lower levels of the villa, with access via external staircases. This layout has been designed to maximise privacy for guests occupying these rooms.
No parties or gatherings are permitted at any time.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, particularly between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays and 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
No shouting or hooting is permitted in the street at any time.
If you are expecting visitors, please note that parking is limited. Visitors must not block neighbouring driveways or garages.
Group bookings by solo travellers are permitted by prior arrangement only. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.
South Africa may experience scheduled electricity outages, known as loadshedding. These disruptions can last for 2.5 hours or longer. While many property owners have implemented measures to reduce the impact, we encourage guests to download the EskomSePush (ESP) Loadshedding App to plan accordingly. Loadshedding is outside the control of the host and property owner, and no refunds or discounts will be issued in relation to power interruptions.
Monthly Stays:
Electricity usage will be for your own account.
Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Wi-Fi and DStv (if applicable) are included.
Reasonable water usage is included and monitored according to municipal limits.
Garden and pool maintenance is included when permitted.
