Extremely disappointing.

I will not recommend Unit 216. The resort is amazing; however, the unit was disappointing. We arrived at 14h00 and were told our unit had not been cleaned yet. We had to leave the resort and came back almost an hour later, and the unit was still in the process of being cleaned. The fridge was filthy, the toilet seat was broken, the main bedroom light was not working. The unit was sold as having an en suite, yet this was just a shower placed in a bedroom. The loungers were filthy and broken, so we could not even sit on them. The TV signal was terrible, and we were unable to watch TV.

Hi Michelle. I am very sorry that you had such a negative experience. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I did send your review through to our managing agent. The customers before you were from hell. They battled to get them out in time to clean the unit, which they left in an absolutely ghastly condition. Everything was deep cleaned last week from ceiling to floor and soft furnishings were washed. All the broken things were repaired. I am truly sorry that the unit was in such a bad condition.
