Lovely and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. Secure parking was a bonus. Beautiful view and very clean apartment. Will definitely stay there again.

Stunning view and location but needs urgent new bed at least. Safety, location, and view were stunning. The apartment, however, needs some TLC. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in and needs urgent replacement. Cupboards look bad. TV remote - not all the buttons work. Aircon remote does not work. WiFi was also not working.

Hi Henriette, sorry about the experience with the remotes. We wish you had just let us know; we have a maintenance team on duty every day and can replace batteries or entire remotes as we keep stock. As your stay was some time ago, we cannot comment on the issue with the cupboards, but we did check everything during deep-cleaning last weekend and could not find anything wrong with it. Regarding our mattresses, we use medium to hard hotel quality mattresses as these normally give us the best feedback. We will immediately check whether there is anything wrong with the mattress and change it if necessary.

Completely too short. Had a great time staying at Urban Oasis, it's safe, neat and clean and the reception was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much for a lekke stay! Till next time.

It was nice being in the CBD area. The views are nice and it's a cute apartment. It's a 2 sleeper but there was only one large plate and the rest were side plates. No cutting board. There was no dishcloth or drying rack, so it was not great for doing dishes. There was only one sharp knife to eat with, a large knife to cut meat with, and only one wine glass. No handwash in the bathroom. With a few tweaks, this can be a very nice apartment. The WiFi also didn't work the last day.
