Self-check-in is permitted in the building. Only the person who made the booking is allowed to collect the keys.
The apartment is located in a residential building with permanent residents. Guests are required to respect the community and building rules.
No loud noise is permitted after 20:00, and complete quiet is required after 22:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violations may result in a fine and possible immediate eviction.
A maximum of 2 people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time.
No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.
All guests are required to sign a check-in form before or upon arrival, confirming acceptance of the house rules.
Complimentary cleaning is included only for stays longer than 7 nights.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity is included up to R500 per month. Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed to the guest.
