These rooms are furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on pre-arrangement. Each room features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Other in-room amenities include air-conditioning as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Each room has DStv.

Price Includes

Rates are displayed on a bed and breakfast basis.

House Rules

-Standard Rooms: Check-in from 13:00.
-Check-out time is strictly 09:00 for all rooms.
-Late check-out will incur a charge of R500.00 per room.
-Early check-in is based on availability and needs to be pre-arranged.

-Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00.
-An A La Carte menu is available for groups of five (5) or more guests and must be arranged in advance.
-Snack platters and other catering options must be pre-booked and confirmed in writing.

-No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
-Usambara Lodge reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the premises immediately should their conduct be deemed unacceptable, without refund.
-The guest making the booking remains responsible for the conduct of all persons occupying the room or attending the function.

-All linen, towels and property supplied by Usambara Lodge remain the property of the Lodge and may not be removed from the premises.
-Any missing items, damage to linen, staining, breakages or damage to rooms, furniture or equipment will be charged to the guest at replacement or repair cost.
-Lost room keys will incur a replacement fee.
-Any items issued from reception to guests must be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a replacement charge.

-Alcohol & Smoking Policy
-No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises.
-All alcoholic beverages consumed on the property must be purchased from the Usambara Lodge bar.
-The Lodge reserves the right to remove any alcohol brought onto the premises in contravention of this policy.
-All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
-A cleaning and deodorising fee may be charged where evidence of smoking is found inside rooms.

-Personal items left behind by guests will be stored for a period of sixty (60) days.
-After sixty (60) days, unclaimed items will be donated to charitable organisations at the Lodge’s discretion.
-Usambara Lodge accepts no responsibility for loss of personal belongings.

-All guests enter and use the premises entirely at their own risk.
-Usambara Lodge, its owners, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to property, injury or death howsoever caused, except where such loss or damage arises from gross negligence on the part of the Lodge.
