Cosy Corner is a romantic mini-penthouse and can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 guests. This intimate corner apartment contains a double bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, an adjacent toilet and washbasin. The unit has a kitchenette that is well-equipped with a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a microwave. The bedroom has a sliding door opening to the west-facing balcony and braai area overlooking the gardens, grounds and water - perfect for sun-downers. Leading off from the main room is a private, jacuzzi room with a retractable roof (for sunbathing or star gazing) and 'bush shower' overlooking the sunny shores of the Vaal Dam.

- Boat charters can be arranged taking up to 30 people - 3 hours costs on average R250pp.
- For more intimate trips book our aqua uber, Venue Africa, for an hour or two - R250pp, minimum 4 persons.
- One, small, well-behaved pet may be permitted by prior arrangement. Although the apartments are not on ground level, they are, however, spacious with separate, cordoned off spaces for small pets. Failure to announce pets accompanying guests may incur additional fees. Leashes and cleaing up after the pet is compulsory.
- Guests who do not have a pet receive a refund of the key deposit on prompt departure. Those who do have a pet will have to wait for final inspection post their visit before their deposit is refunded and there may be an additional cleaning fee. Preferably bring your own blankets in cold weather if accompanied by a pet as this may avoid additional laundering costs.

Tree Tops can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children and is suitable for a small family or a group of friends. The apartment contains 3 double bedrooms, each with bathrooms en-suite, and a kiddies nook. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a ceiling fan and is equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, fridge-freezer and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is an indoor braai room with lovely lake views. The unit also has the use of an indoor thermostat-controlled jacuzzi over-hanging the 'lip' of the balcony balustrade facing South Bay.
