Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

1. Please do not smoke or vape in the house. Discard cigarette butts and ash in the ashtray provided.

2. Please do not feed the animals anything other than what they would eat in their natural diet (carrots, bananas, etc.). Game Pellets are available at the Marlothi Shopping Centre for the drier months when food may be scarce.

3. No loud music, TV, or noise.

4. If it rains, please collapse the outdoor umbrella to prevent any damage.

5. Please do not leave the air-conditioner on if you are not in the room to enjoy it. Also, remember to keep the sliding door closed when the air conditioner is on to help cool down the room quicker.

6. Please report breakages to Mandy if any.

7. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it so that others may enjoy it too. This includes the books, board games, and puzzles left for you to make use of.

8. Please do not leave the air-conditioning on when you are away or leave windows open, as the monkeys and baboons will take advantage.

9. Please arm the alarm when you leave and remember to return the keys.

10. You are surrounded by wild animals, so please do not attempt to approach them, as you could get injured. Snakes and scorpions are around too, so please do not walk barefoot, and if you need to walk around at night, make use of a torch.

11. Please ensure that you extinguish any leftover coals when you are done with the braai before you go to bed to prevent unnecessary fires.

12. No running around or jumping into the pool for your own safety. Parents, please do not leave children unattended around the pool.
