House Rules

Please note that the host resides on the premises.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Guests are requested to be considerate of neighbours and to refrain from playing loud music or hosting gatherings during these times.
Parties, events, or unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Only registered guests may enter the property unless otherwise arranged with the host.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are requested to treat the home and furnishings with care and to report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.
Furniture may not be moved without prior permission.
For safety purposes, guests are asked to ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Access codes and keys should not be shared with anyone outside the registered group.
One designated parking space is provided in the driveway. Any additional vehicles must park on the street.
Please make use of the designated bins for waste and recycling.
Used towels should be left in one place, such as the bathroom or laundry basket.
Dishes are to be washed before check-out, and guests are requested to turn off all lights and appliances when not in use.
Any damages or malfunctions should be reported to the host immediately.
No open flames, candles, or incense are permitted inside the house.
Guests should familiarise themselves with the location of the fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.
A replacement fee applies for lost keys.
The presence of unauthorised guests or events may result in the cancellation of the booking and/or an additional fee.
