Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to submit full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and an estimated time of arrival prior to check-in. This information is treated confidentially, and failure to provide it in advance may result in delayed or denied check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge. A standard key and breakage deposit are payable before check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies to arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash to the host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a late check-in fee of R350 applies.
