House Rules
- Security: Our homes are equipped with an alarm system, monitored by Wolf Security.
- Braai/Barbecue: Braai facilities are available for your use.
- Water: Water supply on the South Coast can be limited. Please use water sparingly. The property has 15,000 litres of water available, which is not advisable for human consumption.
- Power Supply: During loadshedding or power outages, the inverter will support the lights, television, and alarm system.
- Cleaning Service: Cleaning services are available on request.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking, vaping, cigars, or hubbly bubblies are permitted inside the home.
- Care of Property: Please take care of the property, equipment, and tableware.
- Pets: No pets are allowed.
- Breakages & Cleanliness: The cost of any breakages or excessive soiling will be deducted from your rental deposit.
- Noise: The property is located in a residential area.
- Please keep noise levels low after 22:00.
- Swimming Pool: You are welcome to use the swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times and may not swim alone.
