To avoid last-minute cancellations, all bookings must be secured with a credit card. Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking offer chosen. Early bookings and longer stays benefit from preferential rates. Thank you for your understanding.

Children: No children under 12 years are permitted.
Exclusivity: Villa Chad is for resident guests only. External visitors are not allowed on the property.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00 out of respect for all guests.
Braai Policy: Private braais in the garden are not permitted. Guests are occasionally invited to join Villa Chad’s traditional South African braai evenings.
Pool Access: The pool is open seasonally from 1 November each year.
Breakfast & Kitchen Use: Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:00. Please confirm your preferred breakfast time the day before. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. The kitchen is for staff use only.
