Welcome to Villa Khamkirri, your private bushveld escape in Marloth Park. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests and the surrounding wildlife, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-in Requirements
A copy of a valid ID or passport for at least two guests is required prior to or upon check-in.
Only the number of guests booked may occupy the property unless prior arrangements have been made.
2. Respect for Nature & Wildlife

Marloth Park is a wildlife conservancy, and animals roam freely:

Do not chase, corner, or provoke any animals.
Feeding of animals is done entirely at your own risk.
Please do not leave food unattended, as this may attract animals.
Keep a safe distance from all wildlife at all times.
3. Noise & Conduct
No loud music or excessive noise, especially after 22:00, in respect of neighbors and the natural environment.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Please respect the peaceful bush atmosphere at all times.
4. Fires, Braai & Safety
Fires are only permitted in designated areas (boma/braai).
Never leave fires unattended.
Ensure fires are fully extinguished after use.
Firewood should be used responsibly.
5. Swimming Pool & Outdoor Areas
The splash/plunge pool is used entirely at your own risk.
No glassware in or around the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times.
6. General Property Care
Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately.
Do not move furniture unnecessarily.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
7. Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Keep doors and windows closed when you are not in the room, animals take the opportunity to raid the house even with you in another room.
Do not leave valuables unattended.
Secure parking is provided, however vehicles are parked at own risk.
8. Housekeeping & Services
Additional housekeeping services are available on request.
Please arrange in advance.
9. Waste & Cleanliness
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Keep outdoor areas clean to avoid attracting animals.

Guests attend this establishment at their own risk.

Villa Khamkirri, its agents and/or its employees shall not be held liable for, and the guests hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature, including but not limited to theft, injury, loss, or damage of whatever nature, against Villa Khamkirri, whether arising from default, negligence, or otherwise.

Guests hereby indemnify Villa Khamkirri against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence, or otherwise. This disclaimer notice is prominently displayed on the premises and is deemed to be automatically accepted by all guests entering the property.

USE OF THE PLUNGE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

FEEDING AND INTERACTING WITH ANIMALS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
All animals on the premises are wild, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous. They may bite, kick, scratch, or cause injury. By choosing to feed or approach animals, you accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
