Breakage Deposit

House Rules
- Children and infants are welcome.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Please note that this villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people at any given time.
- This villa has a strict 'no parties' policy and no unneighbourly noise after 22:00.
- The alarm must be activated when the property is unoccupied or when the guests retire to bed.
- This property has scheduled garden and pool services, which come in late mornings on weekends. Unfortunately, these cannot be rescheduled.
- The air conditioner in the villa only has a cooling function, and heaters are provided.
- This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
