House Rules
Guests will be required to sign a separate registration form prior to arrival in order to facilitate check-in.
Groups consisting solely of solo travellers are not permitted unless arranged in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
No parties of any kind may be held at the property.
No noise or music of any kind is permitted between 22:00 and 07:00 during the week, and between 23:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
For bookings with monthly discounts, electricity will be for the guest’s own account.
This property is protected by TRUVI. Once the booking is confirmed, guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI to complete a verification process and finalise the arrangements. In the unlikely event that TRUVI is unable to provide the required damage cover, guests will be required to pay a substantial refundable damage deposit prior to arrival.
Housekeeping is available from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, on request and at an additional cost.
Parking is available for two cars in the garage.
