Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security reasons, no day visitors are permitted.
The maximum occupancy for the villa must be adhered to at all times. A penalty fee per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
Music may be played at a reasonable level and must be stopped by 22h00. No loud music or noise is permitted.
No parties or private functions are strictly allowed. Eden Rock Forest Estate reserves the right to evict guests who do not comply with this rule, and a penalty may be charged.
The breakage deposit is payable at least 2 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after departure.
Housekeeping and laundry services are available on request. Please contact the office directly to arrange this prior to your stay. Additional fees may apply.
