Umdoni Luxury Villa is a spacious holiday home situated within the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. The property offers a peaceful setting ideal for families and friends, with a swimming pool and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and comfort.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, with bathrooms fitted with either a shower or a bath and shower combination. Bed linen is provided, while guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen, lounge, and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, while the dining area provides space for shared meals. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The living area opens onto an expansive wooden deck with an infinity swimming pool, sun loungers, braai facilities, and a Jacuzzi, as well as a sauna for added relaxation. Secure parking and 24-hour security are provided within the estate. A backup inverter and JoJo tank are available during load shedding and water outages. The villa is serviced 4 hours daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. A French restaurant is located on the estate, and additional services such as spa treatments, tours, and transfers can be arranged. A surcharge applies for Jacuzzi use, and the property is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
