Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads.

A compulsory staff tip of R70 per day is payable to the housekeeper. This includes the day of arrival and departure, and must be paid in cash directly to the housekeeper on the day of departure. The housekeeper’s working hours are from 07:00 AM to 15:00 PM daily.

Guests are required to bring their own food and drinks, drinking water, charcoal, travel adapters, and beach towels. All items of a personal nature, including soaps and lotions, must also be provided by guests.

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is required. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the departure date, subject to inspection.

Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to availability due to incoming bookings. Should the property be available, an additional charge of R1500 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Late check-out is permitted no later than 15:00 PM.

No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests are required to comply with the rules of the estate at all times. No noise is permitted between 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. Should non-compliance continue after a warning has been issued, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued disregard of the rules may result in guests being required to vacate the property immediately, without refund for any unused nights.
