Situated in Vila do Monte Estate in Ponta Mamoli, this self-catering holiday home offers a comfortable coastal retreat along the Mozambican shoreline. V&K Peak's House is located approximately 34 km from the Kosi Bay border and 113 km from Maputo International Airport. A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property. Border transfers can be arranged on request.
The house accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers ocean views. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and basin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine (guests are required to bring coffee capsules), sandwich maker, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and a double-basin wash-up area. Crockery, cutlery, cleaning products, and self-catering equipment suitable for 4 guests are provided.
The living area features a dining table with seating for 6 guests and a 2-seater couch positioned to enjoy the ocean views. Large glass sliding doors open fully to allow natural light and sea air into the space. Additional amenities include a smart TV and free Starlink Wi-Fi.
The wooden deck offers outdoor seating with a table and 6 chairs, as well as a private built-in braai with a basin and tap. The beach can be reached within approximately 5 minutes via a wooden walkway and a short stretch of sand road.
Guests have access to a communal beach picnic area with a wooden deck, gazebo, tables, chairs, built-in braai facilities, and a freshwater shower.
