Voëlklip Family House is a spacious and welcoming holiday retreat located in the sought-after suburb of Voëlklip, Hermanus. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, this elegant home is just a short stroll from popular family-friendly beaches and offers breathtaking views of both the ocean and surrounding mountains.
The house can accommodate up to 16 guests and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower. A third bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer 2 single beds, while a large family-style bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds. These rooms share access to 2 bathrooms, both fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a built-in braai. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with an 8-seater table that flows seamlessly into the comfortably furnished lounge, complete with a smart TV offering streaming services and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Downstairs, the entertainment area includes a second TV lounge with another smart TV and a kitchenette for preparing quick snacks. Outside, guests can enjoy a patio with comfortable seating and an outdoor braai area, perfect for any day of the week. Secure parking is available, and the home’s central location places it within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and local amenities. Guests can also explore stunning mountain and coastal hiking trails in the nearby nature reserves.
