House Rules
Bookings & Fees
The rental rate is as quoted and includes all linen and cleaning services.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus any additional costs, is required to confirm a booking.
Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
The balance of the rental fee is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
If payment is not received on time, access to the unit will not be granted.
Cancellation Policy
A refund may be granted under specific conditions in accordance with the property’s cancellation policy:
If the booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the arrival date.
If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours after payment of the deposit.
If the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, and management is able to rebook the full period.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be forfeited.
The maximum number of guests may not exceed the number of beds in the house.
If more guests are accommodated than allowed, we reserve the right to ask you to leave, and the rental fee will be forfeited.
If you are aware that additional guests will be staying, please make arrangements in advance so that an additional deposit can be charged.
The lodge manager is authorised to immediately inform management if the number of guests exceeds the booking.
Parties, functions, or large gatherings are permitted only with prior written approval from management.
Disorderly behaviour and excessive drinking are not permitted.
Loud music is not permitted after 22:00.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in guests being asked to leave the premises, and the full rental fee will be forfeited.
Important Information
Smoking is not permitted in any of the units.
Guests may check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check out by 10:00 on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.
These times help us prepare the units on time – your cooperation is appreciated, especially during peak seasons.
Pets are not permitted.
Guests may not drive around the lodge without permission.
Game drives must be arranged in advance.
Firearms are strictly prohibited.
