Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The swimming pool is only available for the guests booked in the main house.
The gym area is only available to the main house guests.
Please note that parking at the main house is reserved for the guests in the main house.
The apartments have street parking.
Please note that any day visitors need to be pre-authorized by the owner.
Guests are not allowed to use any musical instruments, radios, televisions, stereos, or any other source of amplified sound that’s not allocated to the premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside the units or around the artificial grass areas.
Guests may be subject to a penalty fee or asked to vacate the property if the rules of the property is not adhered to.
