A secure lawn in front of the patio provides a safe play area for young children, while the property is conveniently located approximately 10 km from Stanford, 35 km from Hermanus, and within easy reach of local shopping centres. The area is also renowned for its caves, which can be explored for free, with several sites located directly in front of the unit or within a short distance.
The ground-floor unit comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accessed via a set of steps from the parking area. The master bedroom is furnished with a ceiling fan, double bed, and en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom features a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom includes a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a second fridge, crockery, and cutlery, while a small laundry area provides a washing machine and dishwasher.
The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV suitable for YouTube, with guests able to use their own DStv and Netflix subscriptions. An indoor dining area accommodates six guests. Flooring consists of tiles in the living area, kitchen, and bathrooms, with vinyl in the bedrooms. Emergency lighting is provided on the fridge door, and battery-powered lights are available at the coffee station. Guests have access to two bicycles, playing cards, board games, and a hammock on the patio.
Outdoor amenities include a Weber gas braai and a Weber charcoal braai, with open fires prohibited within the complex. Secure parking is available behind the property, and pets are not permitted.
