Warthog Lodge is a self-catering retreat in Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, Bela-Bela, Limpopo, offering a peaceful escape from city life. Solar power is available during load shedding and electricity outages.
The lodge accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, with the third bedroom also featuring a child-only bunk bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with baths and outdoor showers. A cot can be arranged if needed.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ice machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, blender, 2 fridge-freezers, pressure cooker, and all necessary cookware and cutlery. The lodge also features a dining area, lounge, TV with Netflix, Showmax, full DStv channels and DStv Now, ceiling fans, and a fireplace.
Outdoor amenities include decks, a boma, a braai area, a private entrance, a swimming pool, and secure parking. Guests can enjoy on-site activities such as horse riding, bird watching, game drives, guided walks, Big 5 viewing, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, and tennis.
