Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Booking Fee of R345.00 per booking
- Cleaning Fee of R1,360.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification details, information regarding any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and estimated arrival times before check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Please note that two of the six bedrooms are located in separate, self-contained apartment-style units downstairs. These units are fully independent from the main house and offer complete privacy, while the remaining bedrooms are situated within the main house.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit are required before check-in. The amount is determined at the discretion of the owner or management, based on the property.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash to the host on arrival. Arrivals after 00:00 will incur an additional fee.
