This cosy suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outdoor space, and is ideal for a single guest or a couple seeking a peaceful break from the city. The suite is furnished with a Queen Bed and has a Full Bathroom fitted with a Bath, Shower, Basin, and Toilet. A 6kg Front Load Washing Machine is installed in the Bathroom (bring your own detergents). The kitchenette is equipped with a Fridge, Air Fryer, Microwave, 4 Plate Stove and Oven (Electric), Kettle, Toaster, as well as Cutlery and Crockery, and is ideal for preparing light meals. The suite also features Air-Conditioning, Portable Fan, Complimentary Wi-Fi, and a full DStv package for entertainment. Guests can relax in their own tranquil space and enjoy a comfortable, restful stay.

For bookings at WATA HOUSE, Please note that the owner's pet cats reside on the property and guests are kindly asked to feed them during their stay.
Should you book WATA SPOT, you are welcome to bring along a MAXIMUM of TWO SMALL CAT FRIENDLY dogs for your stay.
Extra guests can be accommodated in WATA HOUSE by prior arrangement at an additional cost per person.
WATA SPOT can only accommodate two adults and an infant in a cot PAX.
Should you wish to book both units at the same time, please let me know via a message on the platform.
Guests are asked to bring their own swimming towels.
Check in after 2pm.
Checkout by 10am.
Quiet times between 10pm and 6am (Village Rules)
Please smoke in the designated smoking areas.
No Fireworks/ Crackers are allowed to be let off WITHIN the Village. NOT NEGOTIABLE.

Description
WaTa House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious home that can accommodate up to 10 adults and 1 infant. The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed. A single sleeper couch and a cot are also available. The bathrooms are fitted with baths and showers. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area has seating for 6 guests and leads to a lounge with comfortable seating, air-conditioning, and a TV. The outdoor area features a patio with seating, a private garden, a swimming pool, a trampoline, and a children’s play area. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking. An inverter is available to power essential appliances during load-shedding. The village offers a 9-hole mashie golf course nearby, and green fees can be arranged at the clubhouse.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. There is a restaurant in the village at the Country Club where you are welcome to eat and have drinks at your own cost. 210 electricity units will be available for you to use for the duration of your stay. You will be required to top the units up at YOUR COST should you run out before your departure date. This is to avoid running of the air conditioners unnecessarily and to use electricity wisely. WaTa House uses an average of 30 units daily.
