Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to make full payment within 48 hours of booking. The credit card used for the booking must be presented at check-in; otherwise, a security fee will be pre-authorised upon arrival.
Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak in South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place. Guests must allow vehicle tyres to be sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival to help protect the animals on the property.
WiFi and mobile signal at the resort may be limited. Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy the surroundings. For urgent communication, please check with the front desk.
Beekman Holidays acts as the primary letting agent. Any interest earned on rental payments before funds are transferred to the property accrues to Beekman Holidays.
All facilities at the resort are cashless; card payments are accepted.
Day visitors are allowed only with 24 hours’ prior notice and must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Guests must provide valid identification (ID, driver’s license, or passport) and present the booking confirmation at check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit of the same size if necessary.
Exceeding the maximum capacity of a unit may result in being asked to vacate the unit, with a potential penalty fee.
Guests must respect the peace of other guests. Noise, including loud music, is prohibited after 22:00. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the unit or resort property, which may exceed the breakage deposit.
Only guests over 18 may sign the Guest Registration Card and indemnity form at check-in. The indemnifier must remain on the premises for the duration of the stay.
Pets are not allowed, except certified support animals. Violations may incur a penalty fee and require removal of the pet.
Smoking is prohibited inside units, on patios, or in any resort buildings. Violations may result in fines.
The resort is not liable for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses due to acts of God, theft, strikes, fire, the actions of others, government authorities, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Amenities and facilities are correct at the time of booking but may change due to maintenance. Some facilities may incur additional fees.
