Unit 1 is a bachelor apartment and features 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in cupboards. It has a private bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The unit also offers tea- and coffee-making facilities, a microwave, fridge, and a Smart TV with DStv and free WiFi. It has access to the shared living area with an indoor braai and TV, a dining area, and the living area’s kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, freezer, crockery, and cutlery. The room leads onto a patio with outdoor furniture and a sea view.
Unit 2 consists of 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4 adults and 1 child under 12. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Each room has built-in cupboards. There is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchenette where guests can prepare their own meals. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge for a child under 12. The lounge offers a sea view and is equipped with a Smart TV and the full DStv package. Guests can use their own Netflix subscription. Free WiFi is also available on the premises. The apartment leads onto a patio where guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
There is also an outdoor braai and a shared living area with an indoor braai and a fully equipped kitchen. A Weber braai is available should guests wish to braai on the patio.
Secure parking is available on the premises. Guests can park on the property behind locked gates or in front of the house.
