Black bags remain in the unit or otherwise in green bins at the complex.
The cleaning fee is the exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee.
Please don’t lock house keys inside the apartment.
Once arrival amenities are finished you will need to purchase going forward.
