House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Self-check-in is available via a lockbox.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
No ragers or matriculation parties are permitted, particularly at the end of November, as the property is situated in a peaceful environment. Swimming is not permitted after 22:00 PM. No pets are allowed and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Guests are required to gather used towels, dispose of all rubbish, switch off all lights and appliances, return the keys, and ensure the apartment is locked before departure.
Guests stay at their own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage incurred during the stay. Use of the pool, stairs, and all facilities is at guests’ discretion.
