House Rules

-Check-in is from 15:00 (we will advise you accordingly if the unit is ready for earlier check-in).

-Check-out is strictly before 10:00.

-Pets are allowed upon payment and approval.

-Smoking/vaping is only allowed outside the unit.

-No events or parties are allowed.

-Quiet hours are between 20:00 and 07:00.

-Please note that CCTV and motion-sensing surveillance cameras are in operation around the property.

-Uber, Bolt, and food delivery drivers must park outside the gate. No unauthorised vehicles are allowed inside the premises.
