You made us feel welcome right from the start – and the delicious bottle of wine you treated us to was the perfect extra treat! The cottage is beautiful and incredibly well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything is neat, comfortable and decorated with so much attention to detail. What we enjoyed most was the peace and quiet. The nature around is absolutely fantastic and it is the perfect place to just break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was hearing the owls call in the silence at night – it made the whole experience extra special and peaceful. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and special getaway in nature.

A very nice weekend away at a very nice, neat place and so peaceful. Every August we choose a place to go away for a weekend and this was definitely the most beautiful place and value for money. You literally only need to bring your food, everything else is there. It is beautifully clean, the place is well looked after and you can see Danlene has thought of everything for the house. Dalene received us when we arrived and immediately made us feel welcome, she and her husband are wonderful people and we had a great time chatting with them. I definitely recommend the place if you just want to get away for a bit, look for a nice view, do some hiking and relax. We are already planning to visit the place again in the summer.

Relaxing, peaceful. It was a lovely peaceful getaway. They went to such great lengths. Everything we needed was there and more. We will definitely come again.

The place was better than in the photos. Nice and spacious, nicely equipped and very neat. There was wood, firewood, matches, ice, coffee, milk, sugar and much more. We had a great stay. And then you don't even talk about the beautiful view of the mountain. Everything was just perfect. Thank you very much.
