Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification documents or passports, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time.
This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage depositares requirebeforeto check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. Additional charges apply for arrivals after 00:00.
