Very disappointing. Treated like an animal by the website. Disappointing. Very disappointing. Was not told or notified that there was construction outside our apartment window on Beach Road and no access to the beach. Access was about 150 m on both sides away from the flat. Was told that they would send other options for us to view. After waiting a few hours, nothing was sent. The lady I had been chatting with was Ashley. She made empty promises that never happened. She was notified that my wife had a walking problem. I explained to her that my wife is not well. When we booked, we asked that it must be beachfront with an open balcony. There was no open balcony and no easy access to the beach. All our requests were not fulfilled. We booked for 7 days and paid the full amount upfront. I emailed on day one that we were not satisfied. Ashley only replied on day 2 with empty promises. The last phone call with her was when she said we must stay the second night and then leave, and they would refund the 5 remaining days. We hadn’t unpacked at all. We left the flat immediately. We demanded all our money back. I had to contact my lawyer, who emailed her immediately that everything must be refunded, or he would take over. The website held back 1 day. We are not satisfied with the website, and legal action will be taken. It is not only about holding back 1 day’s money, but most of all about spoiling our holiday. No apologies at all from the website.
