Wellust Bush Cottage @ Ngweni Private Game Farm is a furnished self-catering unit located on a game farm, set within a fenced yard with a private entrance on the edge of Hluhluwe’s agricultural and tourism hub.
The unit accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed suitable for 2 children. There is a single bed available in the living area.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a 2-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. The living area offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a TV.
Guests can arrange game drives to the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Big 5 Game Reserve, with pick-up and drop-off available directly from the accommodation. The Ngweni Railroad Brewery & Restaurant, situated at the farm entrance, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The property features walking trails and fishing spots, and the greater Hluhluwe area is home to around 400 bird species. Wildlife on the farm includes small game such as red and grey duiker, common reedbuck, impala, nyala, zebra, and wildebeest. Observant guests may also encounter smaller creatures, including bushbabies, mongoose, porcupine, civets, monitor lizards, snakes, chameleons, dung beetles, and more.
