Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1 000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit of R1,000.00 is payable per booking. The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival and no damages or losses are identified.

Guests are kindly requested to report any discrepancies or damages within 12 working hours of check-in.

This is a non-smoking property. Guests may smoke outdoors only. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit to cover the cost of professionally cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.

The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 guests. Should more guests occupy the property than the number confirmed on the booking or exceed the maximum permitted occupancy, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are not permitted.

The property is equipped with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests are welcome to stream their preferred content using their own streaming service accounts.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

A starter supply of toilet paper and guest soap is provided. As this is a self-catering property, guests are responsible for supplying additional toiletries, dishwashing liquid, and any other cleaning materials required during their stay.

Cleaning services can be arranged between 08:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through the office, is subject to availability, and must be paid for prior to arrival.
