Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R390.00 per booking
- Cleaning Fee of R350.00 per booking
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1300 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Important Information for Guests – Whale Rock
The cleaning fee covers departure cleaning and linen only. It does not include cleaning services during your stay. A basic daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost and must be arranged with the host in advance by phone. This is not a full-day service.
Only the number of guests corresponding to the beds provided is allowed. Extra guests are strictly not permitted. If additional guests are found, all occupants may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
Please keep music and noise at a reasonable level. After 22:00, all noise and music must stop completely. The property is not suitable for parties, loud music, or organized events.
Laundry may not be hung over the balcony railing.
Towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own bath and swimming towels. Bed linen is provided.
Guests have access to the building’s communal swimming pool and braai area, as well as private braai facilities at the apartment. Direct access to the beach is available through a gate, with the access code provided by Heloise.
The breakage deposit may be withheld if any of the above rules are not followed. Refunds may take up to 14 business days after we have received your bank details.
