All persons entering or staying at the property do so entirely at their own risk.

The owners and representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or incidents occurring during the stay.

A lifeguard is not on duty. All water-related activities, including swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, or similar use of the water and surrounding areas, are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

Children are required to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly near water, balconies, staircases, and braai areas.

Use of the jetty, dock, mooring areas, and any access to water is at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility.

Guests making use of any boat or watercraft are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, safety regulations, and weather considerations.

The booking guest accepts full responsibility for their own safety and for all persons forming part of their booking or visiting during their stay.

The booking guest agrees to indemnify and hold the owners harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising directly or indirectly from the use of the property and its facilities.

Confirmation of a booking or entry onto the property constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of this indemnity.
