Adequate for an overnight stay but needs owners to inspect facilities. The arrival was disorganised as neither Michelle nor Shane were there to greet guests. Beauty, who did her best, was in a tizz. She said there was a note that we were still to pay, and another guest who booked via a generic term had the same experience. It was difficult organising proofs of payment and although we showed her P.O.Ps, she didn't have the mandate to accept them. It was all a bit chaotic. The room was tidy but not clean. The fridge water bottle and glasses were not clean with oily handprints on the glasses, and sediment in the water bottle. The bath mat was filthy. The bed was comfy and the room is well equipped. Just needs finessing. Signage indicating Willows Curve should be visible on their exterior wall. We rang the doorbell a few times and weren't sure if we were in the right spot. It took Beauty quite a while to come out to greet us. She was unprepared for our arrival. The garden was a bit bedraggled and the grass needed a mow.
