Breakage Deposit

House Rules
This villa maintains a strict no-party and no-noise-disturbance policy.
Professional pool cleaners and a garden service attend to the property on a regular schedule. The housekeeper or management company will advise guests of the days on which these services are due. These routine visits ensure that the property is kept in the excellent condition that returning guests have come to expect. All service days are pre-arranged and cannot be altered.
Only the persons who have signed this agreement are permitted to use the property.
The villa is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the premises. Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use, and guests are asked not to litter the garden with cigarette butts.
Please note that hookah pipes are strictly prohibited, both inside and outside the property.
No pets or animals are permitted on the premises at any time. Any breach of this clause will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. The cost of professionally cleaning all furniture and carpets, fumigating the property, and repairing any damage, including to the garden and outdoor areas, will be deducted from the breakage deposit, along with any additional charges that may apply.
