Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In accordance with body corporate regulations, all guests, local and international, must be registered prior to arrival. Guest verification is required to confirm your booking. Guests must provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security purposes and will be treated confidentially. Failure to provide these details in advance may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit are payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy allowing reasonable daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, guests may be required to reimburse additional costs.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the host. Arrivals after 00:00 incur a fee of R350.
