It could have been better with a balcony. The place had a clean balcony as advertised on the app. There were renovations taking place on the balcony which the owner did not inform me about at all.

Disappointing for the above reason. I could not enjoy the view and had to be in the car. Limited by not being able to use the balcony due to scaffolding and workers.
