Situated in Scottburgh, Yare Yare is a spacious family house for up to 8 people, and has lovely views of the garden, ocean and swimming pool.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms. The one bedroom is en suite while the other 2 share the use of 2 bathrooms. The first room contains a queen-size bed, and a single bed, while the second room is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third room contains a double bed. The living area/pool table room has 2 single beds. Bedding is provided, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge and cutlery. A TV with DStv is available, as well as a pool table, and a dart board. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The living area opens onto an enclosed stoep with a beautiful view of the ocean, garden and swimming pool. Braai facilities are available for use. Parking is available in 1 garage, and additional parking is available on the premises. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The house is serviced once a week, and additional cleaning can be arranged with the live-in housekeeper and own cost.
Scottburgh offers various restaurants, shopping centres and activities such as bird watching, dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, shark watching, various walking trails and golfing. There are 4 golf courses within 15 km of the house of which Scottburgh is only 750 metres away. Attractions in the area include Crocworld, and The Green Point Lighthouse. The beach is family-friendly with restaurants and slides.
